Marian is a Northern Kentucky University Alumni who gained her BSBA in Entrepreneurship and General Business. While attending NKU, Marian managed her own small business that was originally known as Marian's Makeup Shack, established in 2016, but later on renamed and branded the business as Bridal Beauty by Marian.
Marian gained the knowledge of marketing and web development through self research at a young age but then gained experience working for the CIE at Northern as a student employee helping local small businesses with their marketing strategies and web development. Since then she has gained experience in being a College and Career Coach through GEAR UP Kentucky and a College Enrollment Counselor at Thomas More University where she plans on gaining her MBA in Business.

Marian created Inclusive Envision because she enjoys helping young entrepreneurs and small businesses be successful. She wants to provide a safe space where ALL businesses, entrepreneurs and companies are welcome no matter what services or products they offer. She has developed in depth plans and packages to help young entrepreneurs and local small businesses lift their ideas off the ground and bring their ideas and passions to life.

Elizabeth is an NKU Alumni where she gained her BSBA and majored in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Marketing. Throughout her time at NKU she worked at a student run agency offering marketing and web-development services. In January of 2022 she began offering her services freelance to local businesses.
As an entrepreneur she learned the ins and outs of business. She made mistakes, learned from mistakes and gained valuable experience and knowledge. As a consultant she was able to hone her knowledge and skills and apply these to help other businesses with a multitude of tasks from marketing to web design and development to business analysis and more.

More personally, she loves to spend time with my family, enjoy the outdoors and exercise. She always strive to continue learning and growing and she is thrilled to be able to bring her skills in the marketing industry and entrepreneurial space to more business owners.
